JAZ Oriental, Almaza Bay

Everything was excellent from food, service, facilities to the customer relations manager Nada who was always available to make anything happen quickly and ensure a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for an affordable and 5* break this is the place for you. If anything is ever missing they are quick to solve and go out of their way to ensure your comfort. I was sick from an off site restaurant and was thoroughly looked after by the hotel and could not be more thankful to the medical team, management and nada.

Sea is amazing and the beach hut was lovely

First of all I’d like to thank all the staff especially Ms Menna Hatem, the receptionist. She was very helpful and friendly. She was professional and assisted us to the maximum. Moreover this hotel has actually assured that we made the right decision when we chose it. Thanks for Khaled at the restaurant and Hesham at the room cleaning.

Everything was exceptional . It was a great experience for us. We loved the room, its view, the beach/Pool, the cleanliness, All the staff were great, friendly Special Thanks to Ms. Nada Receptionist - Ahmed Beach Bar - Alaa House keeping.

The beach is paradisiac and the hotel service is at the top. Rooms and common areas are very clean and taken care for. We will surely go back. A special thanks to Ms Nada from guest relations.
